TreatQueen.com accepts payments from these credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery. Payment is required at time of purchase.
SHIPPING
TreatQueen.com ships via UPS Ground using real-time shipping rates, which will be displayed at checkout. Most orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Customers are responsible for reviewing the full product description before making a purchase.
Damaged Items
Damaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or replacement of the same item or a comparable item. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. Replacement items will also ship at no additional cost.
Non-Perishable Returns
Unopened, non-perishable items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
